Course Prerequisite & Incorporated Disclaimers

Enrollment in this course requires prior reading of the associated book published by PROSTRANAL – PRSTN ENTERPRISES (the “Book”). By enrolling, you acknowledge and affirm that you have read the Book in its entirety and understand the disclosures, warnings, disclaimers, and assumptions of risk contained therein.

This training involves guided instruction that may reference the use of personal wellness devices, including but not limited to internal or external stimulation tools.

Participants must obtain any required equipment independently prior to participation. No equipment is included with course enrollment.

By enrolling, you confirm that you understand and accept this requirement.

All disclaimers and limitations of liability contained in the Book are hereby expressly incorporated by reference into these Terms of Use and apply fully to your participation in the course and use of the Platform.

You further acknowledge and agree that:

No Guarantee of Results

You expressly acknowledge and agree that:

Content Access & Drip Schedule

This course is delivered using a drip-based content schedule, with lessons released incrementally over time. Participants acknowledge that not all course materials are available immediately upon enrollment.

Access to lessons is granted according to the program’s release schedule, which is designed to support structured participation and learning progression.

Enrollment confirms understanding and acceptance of this delivery format. The drip schedule is an intentional part of the training design. Requests for accelerated access to unreleased content will not be granted.

3. Assumption of Risk

Your use of the Platform and participation in any exercises, techniques, demonstrations, or practices is entirely voluntary.

You expressly assume all risks—known and unknown—associated with your participation, including physical, emotional, or psychological risks. PROSTRANAL – PRSTN ENTERPRISES disclaims all liability for any outcomes resulting from your participation.

By enrolling, you further confirm that you have reviewed and accepted all risk disclosures contained in both these Terms and the Book, and that your participation is informed and undertaken at your sole discretion.

4. Use License

Permission is granted to temporarily download one copy of any downloadable materials on the Platform for personal, non-commercial, transitory viewing only.

This license does not constitute a transfer of ownership. You may not:

Modify, copy, or reproduce materials;
Use materials for any commercial purpose or public display;
Attempt to decompile or reverse engineer any software;
Remove copyright or proprietary notices;
Share, resell, sublicense, or redistribute materials.

Violation of these terms results in immediate termination of access without refund.

5. Intellectual Property

Where limitations of liability are restricted by law, liability shall be limited to the minimum extent permitted.

8. Indemnification

10. Arbitration & Class Action Waiver (United States)
